Tiffany has spent 20+ years working in software development, product management, and design. She has a track record of stepping into complex, ambiguous situations and bringing clarity, structure, and momentum. She is an engineering leadership coach and recently led AI-driven product development in the climate tech space. At Carbonfuture, Tiffany serves as Interim Head of Engineering, focused on building the leadership foundations, engineering culture, and team structures the company needs to scale its impact. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.
